I stayed for 3 nights & was extremely impressed by the value for money , cleanliness & good location with accessibility to attractions like Chinatown , Yamate parks,Motomachi areas , Minato Mirai by walking . I am extremely impressed by the staff, Mr Takamoto who attended to me , he spoke very good English & gave good recommendations for ramen & travel & good clear accurate directions . Other staff were also good but spoke little English . will definitely recommend especiall.
all reviews » - Stayed in a double room and the bed was a very large double bed but also left much less space to move around and place luggage - Cost effective hotel, definitely targeted towards businesspeople. Great location, near Kannai station easily transit to Yokohama Station, and about 40 mins to Tokyo. The staffs speak good English. Good value for money as well. Hotel clean and facilities are new. The hotel is close to shopping streets, it is clean and business stays oriented. Efficient personnel and great room set-up (all facilities you could need). Close to the station, etc. Easy to find and 5 minutes walk to Kannai station. Easy to get foods around the hotel and a hypermarket and 7-11 store are just next to the hotel. very convenient. Value to stay. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Close to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and very close to the Kannai JR station. Décor and furnishings were new and in excellent condition. Space in the room and bathroom was quite good. Breakfast was very good. I got it at a special rate, and I love it! I had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and i pay 2 rooms for a cheaper price and 1 room with higher price but i get smaller room. i feel not fair on this. No English TV channels. nothing. - Wi-fi only in lobby. nothing. Very small room, breakfast is not worth its price. Did not seem to offer and international tv channels. Nothing. a bit long walk from the station. The staff of the hotel is not able to speak much english. We has some challenges when asking for directions from them. Can't tel any bad experience. no hot eggs at breakfast, very hard pillows. Too far from Subway Station Limited english speaking staff. Nothing.
