Staff were super polite and welcoming, and spoke good English too. Very short walk from station and you can hear any traffic or trains going by. Clean hotel with comfortable room. Close to shin Yokohama station. Everything is good, I like the bathroom. Some staff can't speak English so when I want something they'tre always missunderstood about what I want.
