Convenient facilities (deep soaking tub, efficiency kitchenette, comfy beds) helpful staff who cheerfully took care of problems caused by my inability to read Japanese, for example they looked up my airport terminals (1,2 or international) on request, and explained the dryer settings. Eh y os very comfortable. I only suggest they put their excellent map of how to get to the hotel online, or email it to people when they book a room.
