Very clean, helpful staffs, Good location; very close to gaienmae station, Big room compares to typical Japanese room. beautiful big room big bathroom. a bit pricey, from gaienmae station, the entrance to the lobby of the hotel was a bit confusing to find. The main hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor. restaurant (a bit sad).
