The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. This was our first stop in Japan, and it was very easy to find and get to (there was a shuttle from the airport), and a great introduction to the country. The rooms are small, but comfortable, and the location is not particularly scenic but is very convenient to the airport. There is a complimentary breakfast and numerous vending machines in the lobby. It is also across from a 7-11 (good for the international ATM).
all reviews » Clean. Space is enough, though it will never be described as spacious - it is satisfying as a hotel in Tokyo. Free transportation to the airport terminal is provided. Convenient stores very near to this hotel are available 24/7. Location close to the Haneda Airport with a shuttle bus provided Decent value compared to other options 24 hr 7/11 directly in front of hotel as well as 2 other convenience stores Good breakfast (Japanese and Western). The shuttle bus service was very convenient as my flight arrival in to Haneda airport was very late around 11pm. That is considered good to me as i don't have to rush for the last train to tokyo city. Free shuttle is provided to and from airport which is very helpful for people who travel with Airasia.
