Best service,clean..good location near to shopping areas and night life....makes me happy being stayed at the hotel...thank you...Arighato huzaimas.. Located on the heart of kabukicho. Apropriated for who prefer night life. Location was excellent!. Good location; near Shinjuku station. You are right near the night life. Several forums indicate that Kabuki cho is a dangerous place to be, though we have been there for about a week, walked around at night, been out drinking, but at no time felt unsafe, nor hassled or intimidated. I would have no problem recommending the hotel and the area. Hotel staff speak English (enough to answer questions and give directions and recommendations) and are very helpful.
