Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation on the elevators so commuting to the ground was a little slow. If you have time we recommend dinner at the sky bar buffet, the view is spectacular.

All staff courteous and greet, offer to help. Like live jazz music and hamburger Liked comfy space of Main Tower room and bed, large closet and bath. Handbags helped in bathroom. The hotel is based in a safe area and is located just 2 mins away from a metro station! It is in the city center of Tokyo so very quick to get to places. It is rather a bit old hotel and interior is not breathtaking but it does have a beautiful garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Btw, Wi-Fi works perfectly fine!. All staff very friendly and willing to assist us with information for travel and locations around Tokyo. Nothing was a problem. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the whole facility. The traditional gardens & koi pools take the harsh edge of the city away - so refreshing!. We particilarly appreciate the assistance given by Mr Takeshi Sudoh, Asst Manager, Front Office who made our stay such a pleasant one! His efforts in ensuring that we had a nice room free of tobacco smell was particularly appreciated. We hope to be back soon!. Top Location, beside, it's a city within a hotel it self; with so many first class restaurant, shopping arcade, supermarket, and not to forget the beautiful old original Japanese Garden with waterfall. Subwaystations are very close and Akasaka with all the nice restaurants and bars is just 5 minutes walking away. Had triple beds Garden Tower -- beds were terrible, coils dug into our back. Worst beds ever. Nothing. Elevators were a pain; sometimes we waited 10 minutes for an elevator to appear, which also had space to ride!. * Wifi internet access for multiple computers in our room was difficult. My friend and I both had laptops, and paid for internet access. However the facilities in the room for internet access were such that it was only possible for one laptop to connect. We spent a lot of time on the telephone with IT support to enable us to gain internet access on the second laptop. The only thing I didn't enjoy was a big crowd of chinese tourists checking-in in the same time (I guess was an excursion). I've stayed on the west tower which has a small reception and got really busy with all guests arriving in the same time. Took a little time to get my check-in done. It's a bit pricey but does the job admirably. Nothing. 1. Decoration of bathroom is not looks like a 5 star hotel. 2. All the extra service (F&B) are very expensive. It is difficult to understand why such a big hotel doesn't invest a few thousand dollars to equip it properly. The air conditioner in our room didn't work and they didn't fix it (although tried to). What the hotel client card serves for? 2.- The wifi does not work well. It gets cut-off very frequently. No wifi. wifi availability limited to garden lounge area with poor connectivity. This was unexpected in a down town 4-5 star hotel!. Building a little old. Key instead of card for room access. Expensive breakfast in restaurants within hotel. It was the first time I was being told off by front desk staff at Japanese hotel, for minus issue of giving my frequent flyer card during check out instead of check in. Far from eateries and activities, quite far from yotsuya station, old fashioned design of hotel and rooms, no wi-fi (only lan, and not complimentary). Room was old, not what I would expect from a five star hotel. Should probably drop the word "New" from the name. Charged for Internet access. No wifi! No cable movies! No free bottle water!. No free tv. Garden Tower room had worn furniture, tired decor, dirty carpets and no international power plug station on desk. Maybe Main Tower rooms are better? Restaurant charges in hotel were incredible.

The Hotel complex is comprised of three different hotel types: Executive House zen, The Main, and Garden Tower. The Main, including 87 smartly appointed rooms in Executive House zen, is a luxury hotel fully renovated in 2007. Its full-height windows offer magnificent views of the Japanese garden. Garden Tower is popular with international business guests as well as holiday travelers seeking quality at reasonable prices.
