Staffs were so friendly and polite. If you don't know something, just ask. They provide basic stuff (shampoo, treatment, bodywash, towels, ..)for you. You can have key to lock. Kitchen and room was clean. Also provide guide map. I loved shower roon too. There are two choices to take a shower. First is Western style shower booth, and another is Asian style shower room. You should share them, but not when you take a shower. Also you can take a bath if you want. They also sell convenient noodles, .
all reviews » The place is affordable, the staff are very friendly and helpfull (and can speak English!), the rooms are nice and tidy and they allow luggage storage for the day after you check out. Also, there are plenty of cafes/restaurants and supermarkets close by. A good value-for-money hotel. Just a little bit away from the city and hard to find as there are no signs on the roads, but if you can use Google Maps then none of it should be a problem. Wi-fi connection was very poor. The rooms are very very small and not soundproof. A bit of walking distance to the nearest station. A bit far from the center of Tokyo (Yamanote).
