What people say
Top-class location, friendly, accommodating staff, clean, comfortable rooms, accessibility to subway, taxi and rail services, fantastic restaurants and shopping nearby, Tsukiji fish market is just walking distance, Tokyo central station is just a stop away. Good value for money!.
The location was excellent, clsoe to shops, restaurants and public
transportation. The staff members were very friendly. The room was
small, but had an intelligent lay-out which allowed enough space for my
big suitcase.all reviews »
This is the first time I've stayed in Ginza and I quite liked it. The location of this hotel is superb! very convenient. Price is also fair.
Position is great.
Services very good.
The rooms are very clean.
The breakfast is very good.
great location... clean and comfortable...nice breakfast...decent room...a lot to like here.
Excellent service. Room size was very good according to japan standards.
Breakfast, location.
hotel.
Rooms were on the small side, but that's Tokyo for you! It's really a business hotel with a fantastic location.
The ceiling in the bathroom is rather low. I am only 1.75 meters tall,
but there was not much room left between the top of my head and the
ceiling when standing under the shower in the bathtub. For taller people
than me this might be an issue.
Not that I didn't like, but the hotel's restaurant is a somehow limited to few options. Although there are lot of places to eat 5 mins walking.
The internet charge, especially in Japan, especially in 2013.
getting a taxi can be tough...
None.
How much I was charged for an additional bed in the room. I expected an
increase but the amount was excessive.
gym had limited equipment.
No free wifi in room?!!!!.
