had to pay for the stay in the vending machine (which was a nice japanese touch).
No directions to hotel from Shibuya station on any booking site. Hyperlink on any site did not work so finding it was a challenge even though it was so close to the station.all reviews »
Be aware that there is only a small locker so luggage needs to be stored at nearby resin station.
Also, you can hear others snoring in neighbouring capsules.
Provided locker doesn't even fit the smallest of luggage, have to sleep with luggage beside you. Ventilation fan was abit noisy.
Everywhere it smelled like cigarettes, staff didn't speak english.
