Very caring, friendly and helpful staff. Onsen was great and ryokan is peaceful and relaxing. Great stay! Breakfast was fantastic and traditional. The family owners were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them A lovely introduction to staying in a Japanese inn. Marvellous authentic Japanese meals, lovely countryside, larger than normal bedroom. Good environment big room.
