It is a comfortable hotel with in house hot spring. we stay for 2 night & enjoy 2 night hot spring. 5-10 walk from the train station. bus station will be very convenient, jt in front of the hotel & the last stop is Osaka station(which is the main station we transit back to Tokyo). Every day hotel complimentary a gift of mask. we do love this hotel. Very nice hotel, good value for money. It seemed oriented to business travellers, but had everything I needed. Close to Awaza st (subway line), convenience stores everywhere and some restaurants around. Staff spoke good english and was attentive. Had a lot of services (laundry, printer, vending machines, hot springs, etc.).

The food was delicious. Good to know that a 7-Eleven was close by to buy some food, drinks and snacks. Also, having Wi-Fi was really helpful. It is a nice hotel to choose with the relaxing hot spring and friendly staff. Just be aware of that for using the hot spring, you will be required to not get drunk and not tattooed. Clean room, efficient service. The Hot spring was great. Also liked the the private elevator down to hot spring, hot pot in room, free-wi-fi, some good restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are helpful, great natural hot spring, everything is great. If I have a chance to go to Osaka, I'll be staying here again. ^^. Onsen is great. It smells so good everywhere in the hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful and very nice. We will be back. But you will spend either time or money getting into the city centre. View from the room was horrible - next building was 3 meters ahead. Double room was too very small!!! A little far from subway station(阿波座)。. Double bed is too small for comfort especially for mother and adult son. Should think of having twin beds in a room as I have to book 2 rooms. No English signage of hotel name. No extraction near by.
