It is an amazing hotel! From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like home. Staff was extremly professional and helpful. Room was very spacious and beautifuly arranged. They absolutely offer much more than the usual 5 star hotel. We got a fantastic deal and the St-Regis was a shock after two nights in a capsule hotel in Kyoto.
