The staff is pretty friendly also they speak english very well, it takes a very short walk to get to the JR station Bishoen, very helpful maps available for free, the towels ain't free however the price still very good!

Really nice, chilled atmosphere in well cared for traditional property!
The owner and staff were great ...friendly and helpful people (who all
spoke good English). Situated in a quiet neighbourhood away from the
centre, with shops/supermarket/restaurants/train station
just 3 mins walk!! Probably the most most comfortable (as in
'vibe') that I stayed at in Japan! Definitely recommended.
The staff were especially friendly and fun to hang around with. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Computer, wifi, kitchen and laundry services are all freely available. The location, one stop from Tennoji station, is both quiet and near the heart of the city. I would love to come back here on my next visit to Osaka!.

Very nice traditional japanese guest house in a quiet area of Osaka. The jung owners are very friendly and speaking english. Free Wi-Fi and no smoking in all areas of the house.
Only 2 minutes to walk to the JR Bishoen station.
It locates conveniently from the JR station. Staffs are friendly and its value for money! It does not have a huge compound, but it is clean and have almost everything. Eg : pantry, computer etc.

It is located just outside of central Osaka and the train only runs every 15 minutes at the JR Bishoen station.

Need to keep quiet at night cause of thin door.
The slug in the shower for staters. The noise of the train every 5
minutes. The toilet in the wardrobe. Staff not attentif at all. It's
in middle of nowhere.
