Only one night stay and I was in the restaruant 10:05 am in the morning, knowing the breakfast was over and asking for a coffee and one slice of toast, while a very friendly man brought me a plate with bread, fruite, cereal and coffee, after all, he told me this is breakfast and no need to pay extra. Except for this very nice touch, I am also extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the room. It's location is convenient : 2nd to none.
all reviews » The location was superb, only 6 mins drive from main gourmet and shopping street. (Kokusai Dori), especially so when there is a monorail just outside their doorstep. Service was good despite some challenges in communicating. Good location, right next to the mono rail station which conects the hotel to the airport and to the city center, very nice hotel, modern, nice rooms,clean. I had a great view on the river and the park. I would recommend it!. As my kid was vomit on the room, and house keeping just come and clean up the area for us with smile. Even my kid vomit again later, and the staff change another room for us. All staff are nice and smile!. The rooms were maintained clean enough so that people can stay comfortable. The staff were kind to help me when I had a problem with smoking room reservation. Friendly and helpful staff, esp. the French and Mix (USA + Japanese), who helped me out all the way and patiently to have my travelling plan with more fun. I had difficulties trying to arrange a tour since this hotel has no tour desk. As an acclaimed international chain of hotel hosting foreigners, the front line staff should brush up on their English. Front desk speaks very little english, except from one lady that really helped me with my request. But other than that they are really polite and cooperative. I didnt like the restaurant so I didnt use it, it had very cold atmosphere. The breakfast time is pretty short and tight. Which mean the food supply will be sharp cut with a curtain close when on time. Double bed room is slightly smaller. Less space for luggage. Some staffs are not good at understanding English. Car parking is small and difficult to drive the car inside. Car parking staff is not helpful and impolite. He will say you are idiot (ba-ka-ye-lo) when you cannot drive the car inside the parking. Becare your driving skill when you park your car in this hotel. Not much. Especially nothing. The Wifi cannot be connected (though can see the signal) in most of the time (in room & in lobby). Basically, unable to use. Room is too small. Hardly to put 3 luggages in the room. (2 boarding size). Unhelpful and poorly informed staff. Breakfast was low standard, and relatively expensive, cafeteria- like catering to large groups. WiFi did not work well on my wifes Sansung Android hand-held phone. Reception staff hardly speak English. room was too small the biggest room is x13 the best view is x09-x12 anyone want to book can play attn on this. The double room was very, very small. Front desk staff weren't particularly helpful. Several items in the breakfast buffet were mislabelled and contained meat--a problem for vegetarians. The room was extremely small. Did not meet our expectations. room too small. Staff at reception should learn how to smile.
