  This is a great hotel with great staff who a very freindly and helpful. Wonderful traditional Japanese meal served in tradtional style. Wonderful indoor and outdoor hot springs (spa pools). When in outside spring it is almost impossible not to take in the magic of the mountians - Am delighted tht the staff pick us up at 5.45pm and is already very... what people say » dark. They waited for our arrival without us informing them.
