  This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was on the small side, but most are in Japan. There was more than enough room for all our luggage and the two of us. The bed and pillows were amazing! So comfortable, that i will always look out for Mitsui branded hotels from now on. Staff very nice, tried to do their best with a small English. Very comfortable beds, small rooms but bathroom is good. Large shower room, separate toilet and very good toiletries. We recommend this hotel. Nearby good restaurants and facilities like Family Mart 7eleven.

  It is very close to the downtown,100 metres from the party. The room was enough spacious but not so big. Nevertheless it is a good hotel I can recommend to everybody, overall as children dont pay using existing beds.   Room size was ok. Felt comfortable enough for us. Location was just fine. Peacepark and everything within was at walking distance. Starbucks was close and there was also a very big shopping street in the neigborhood at 10 minutes walking. Staff was very friendly. When we left we were in a hurry to catch our train, but we forgot to reserve a taxi.... what people say » As it was raining one of the staff offered to hail a taxi for us. Within a few minutes we were on our way to the airport :) Further, more in general. - Excelent value for money. Ultra comfortable, biggest room and bathroom we had in our month-stay in Japan. Staff speaks fluent English and is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, around 10 minutes walking from Peace Museum and Hondori Street (Shopping area with quit nice nightlife). In front of an Electric Train Station that goes to Hiroshima Station. Highly recommendable.

  The hotel is older and the furnishings and bathrooms are probably as old as the building but everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. Our family of five stayed in a triple room (very roomy) and double room (not so roomy) next door to each other. I thought the price was very reasonable. There was only one outlet in the room to plug into which made it difficult to keep our cell p - Tea, kettle, hair dryer in the room. Toilet fully furnished with hair dryer, daily changed towels and filled shampoo, fonditioner and body wash. Toothbrush and paste are also given, and a razor too. Nice view on the river! Useful washing and drying machines, and vending machines in the reception. Staff is helpful and location ok.

  This ryokan is managed by some great Japanese people - you'll get a chance to see especially the elderly. They're sweet and helpful. And I loved the ryokan. It's precisely what it's supposed to be, and I personally prefer the comfort of such accommodation... It was really lovely :) - The friendly staff were great.

  Bed was really comfortable, much softer than the normal hard beds that seem to be common in Japan. Their map of what was around locally was excellent, as it pinpointed a coin laundry, which we desperately needed at that stage in our trip. To get a quiet room ask for or book a single room on the 19th floor. Our daughters room was at the back of the hotel, soft comfortable bed and no noise. There is a coin laundry about a 10 min walk, staff can give you the location on the map. Bathroom is compact but not too small. Adequate breakfast Buffett, ask for a discount voucher when you checkin we got y500 off. Free Internet via lan cable in the rooms, free wifi in the lobby.
