the owner of the Hotel is a very nice, charming lady. She speaks basic English. She has corrected a reservation error on her own initiative. Perfect !! When I go again to Nagano (Hakuba), I will go to her Hotel. Happo One is perfect for beginners, intermediate and experts. The linking of the slopes is done very professional. It has a lovely woodland setting with a traditional interior. The dining room and staff were excellent. It was well situated for the ski lift and you could ski back to the hotel. The hotel was tranquil.
