She helped us find a gasoline station that was opened at night (apparently most gasoline stations close at 1900hrs) and she even recommended an excellent seafood restaurant.   Very good hotel and value for money. We requested for a baby cot as the room was rather small. The staff came up to our room to ask if we would like to upgrade foc to a much bigger room as we had a toddler with us. This was really impressive. Location is near to many eateries. The front desk staffs are very helpful especially Mr. Abe, who had helped me to contact the Sunroute New Hotel Sapporo to get my chain back where I have left it. Really appreciate his help.   EXTREMLY nice and helpful staff, offering coffee, helping me with packing a parcel, etc. free bike rental, sorta water cooker in the room, nice view. Also met the owner who was nice! - It quite close to train station.walking distance. They can get checked-in quite late.
