  Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean

  Courteous and helpful staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The rooms were spacious impeccably clean. The bathroom was large, beautiful marble walls. Very thoughtful amenities in bathroom (soaps shampoo/shower gell. Also a shaving kit ,toothbrushes and comb were welcome additions). The breakfast was magnificent!!. The bar and upstairs viewing plaform were excellent as was the barman. Prices were reasonable .

Being on the canal gave it great accessibility in a city as tough as Venice, and that was especially helpful since I was new to Venice. Brunch was included and was exccellent.
