The apartment is in a lovely quiet location, the owner is available by telephone in the event of any issues, and he is extremely helpful. The hot water did not work in our apartment and we were immediately moved to another one in the same building, which was an upgrade. The meet and greet was easy and water taxis know the Hotel Messner, which is round the corner from the apartment,. Apartamenti Veneziani was a great place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable the apartment was location in a fantastic location that made it easy to explore all of Venice and also get back to. The neighborhood felt safe and the accommodations were great as well, espresso machine with capsules, towels, a blow dryer and a kitchenware.
