The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza. The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. Well I just can advise you that hotel should you plan to visit Venice. We enjoyed the position of the hotel, excellent located on the grand canal and close to the sant angelo vaporeto station. Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was really kind and attentive. We really had a very good time here.

Not the fault of the Palazzo, but nevertheless the whole point of paying 1,100 Euros for two nights in a guaranteed front balcony room was the view. the room was like a tunnel and the small canal next to the window stank of garbage.in our order for the room we said that it was our honeymoon night and we were hoping for something a little more special, the hotel staff did not aknowledge the occasssion at all not even with a kind word.Beds too hard!.
