Everything! Exceptionally clean, very quiet hotel - although hotel was full there was no noise from other guests or from outside. Very helpful friendly staff, excellent location, could'nt have asked for better and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. . Hotel is very convenient for central Venice. Excellent staff; very pleasant rooms for breakfast, the bar area, our bedroom and bathroom.

Mini-bar checker tended to enter room in late afternoon after soft knocking which was took us by surprise several times when we were napping/bathing after sightseeing. I would definitely recommend hotel, however. The location wasn't the best, well it was close to two water bus stations, but still it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel at the beginning and with the luggage it was more difficult. No business center as this is a 4 star hotel it should have the facility.Bar area had a bad smell. I had read about this before and can confirm. Rooms are small and lack space more than 1 large piece of luggage. The room was very small for the money. The breakfast selection was very limited. Our dinner recommendation was not up to what we expected - it was supposed to be great, and we found it smelly and not so great.

By Train (from Santa Lucia Train Station, 2 km):
The Hotel dei Dragomanni can be easily reached either by water taxi (15 minutes), or via the Vaporetto (public transportation) line number 1. Get off at the Giglio stop and take a left. Cross 2 bridges and you will reach Campo San Maurizio. Turn left again into Calle del Dose da Ponte.

By Plane (from Marco Polo International Airport, 8.2 km):
A water taxi to the hotel will take approximately 30 minutes. A shuttle boat from and to the Airport is also available, taking around 55 minutes. The shuttles stop in San Marco. From there, you will need to cross 4 bridges until you reach Campo San Maurizio. Turn left into Calle del Dose da Ponte.

By Boat (from Venice Port, 1 km):
You can reach the hotel via water taxi in around 10 minutes. Alternatively you can take the shuttle boat, which stops at the port. See above for information about the shuttle.
