The eccentric and overwhelmingly venetian decor (it wouldn't work elsewhere). the convenient loaction. the rooms, the location and the breakfast and the cleanliness. it is easy to get to room the airport via water taxi, rooms are a good size, easy walk to all the main sites and good food spots. awesome location, very cosy hotel, romantic and clean rooms, awesome garden with nice sitting terrace.. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in organizing activities in Venice.See the town and relax. facilities, comfort, location. Beautiful room decor in the Venetian style. We loved lounging on the sofas in the loggia during the evenings. Good location--very close to the Accademia (museum and bridge) and the Guggenheim. Friendly staff (especially bar staff), good quiet location with alovely garden area with comfy couches to relax in away from the hustleand bustle.really nice, venetian -style, clean rooms , nice staff. Breakfast was perfect and delicious.The location of the hotel was excellent. It was also a great advantage to have the garden so one could relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine. the view from the room window isn't good, but otherwise, I think it's a very good hotel in venice. Quiet. good location. staff. generous size of room and shower. The outside gardens to relax in. The location. Only slept there so not really applicable.Location is very good. It was nice that breakfast could be take in the garden. Proximity to water buses and access to venices main attractions very good .Convenient location. The location of the hotel was excellent.The door lock was broken at check-in; they did not offer the room change because of the full occupancy. They finally managed to repair the lock in a few hours. no thing , very poor. no it was a great hotel. The coffee at breakfast does not live up to Italian standards.Minor quibble, free "wired internet" was actually dial up requiringa modem... only one thing - buffet breakfast; not enough tables - probably a little bit more - for ex. outside - could resolve the problem, and I need good strong coffee - in the morning.The triple room was realy small. The hotel charge 1 Euro for city map which is a very bad and small thing I found about the hotel. Instead they could have charged 81 Euro Instead of 80 Euro per night. This will effect customer delight.The mosquitos in the bedroom. Staff at front desk could be more friendly to foreigners. Bathrooms need shelves for toiletry items. Would be nice to change the breakfast menu a bit each day.Satisfied with the hotel and facilities. Blood over walls and ceiling from squashed mosquitos in bed and bathroom.

Cramped bedroom + very limited hanging space. noise place. poor breakfast. unfortunately there were cigarette butts on the carpet on arrival implying that it hadn't been hoovered. this was a small issue but undermined ones confidence in the cleanliness of the room.The breakfast room needs to be bigger. The internet (WIFI) didn't work, the room was very small for the price I'd paid (215€ fsingle occupancy) and it had problems with the curtains and the blinds didn't work properly so I had a lot of light very early in the morning, all of which prevented me from sleeping til late. The breakfast was not good,no use of fresh products ( incredible for a country with such lovely fresh fruit like Italy). Room size. At the 1st day, the room was not well prepaired and somebody's socks was in the room. No problem afer the day.Rooms very small . Hotel beginning to look run down and maintenance not good . Staff attention on arrival minimal . room too small, reception staff did not have change and refused to accept american express. not pleased with the breakfast. The Hotel accommodation was a very small room (for two people), no refrigerator and a small wardrobe. It was disappointing that the hotel only served coffee from a machine. What ever happened to real Italian coffee? We switched to tea very quickly. The hotel was overpriced. The hotel information on the letsbookhotel.com page included "free wireless internet access", but it turned out that there was no such capability; either wireless or cable. Since the internet access facility is the top priority on my list, this was a major problem for me. I walked around in search for internet cafes, but they were very expensive compared to ones in other cities in Italy.due to the high heat of room we foreced to leave the hotel after two nights but the staff foced us to pay the third night.
