We liked absolutely everything. The staff were kind, pleasant and obliging. The decor elegant Italian, the amenities spotless and the bed extremely comfortable.The prices for the bar fridge were very good. The breakfast fresh and delicious. The dining room and cleaning service fantastic. We have never been so impressed with a hotel ever. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend Hotel Al Ponte Mocenigo to all our friends. The rooms were all beautiful and we saw 3 rooms and were allowed to choose. Clean and warm, lovely hot water. Right near to the waterbus stop. The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!.
Close location to Vaporetto & Alilaguna stop -San Stae - on the Grand Canal - very useful when arriving in dark and having to find the hotel in the maze of streets.

The hotel is ideally located, close to a vaporetto stop. All of the staff were delightful. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely with beautiful fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and lovely fresh bread and cornetti. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where breakfast is taken (weather permitting!).
the staff were very cordial and helpful. the breakfast room and food was excellent. i was there with my friend during the high water and the offer of the use of the boots was greatly appreciated, as was the suggestion about how to use the water bus to return to the train station.
The staff were all great. So friendly and helpful. We had to get up early to catch a flight and the night porter arranged for breakfast to be laid out for us... brilliant. Location is fantastic. Not a bad word to say about this place or its people. 10/10.
Great location, 1min walk to the S.Stae water taxi stop, lovely service & good breakfast. The rooms were clean & realitively big. I would certainly recommend this hotel & would stay there again.

Friendly and very helpful staff, lovely breakfast, beautiful location, very very comfortable bed. The courtyard was beautiful to sit in. I would say stay here if you go to Venice.

Bedroom opening onto breakfast area, but we were just unlucky to get downstairs room suitable for guests with a disability.

Every sound from breakfast room and reception outside could be heard from about 7.30am onwards.
It wasn't ideal to have to be round the corner from the main hotel, but not the end of the world, since the breakfast was so good.

We had a "standard" room on the first floor and the windows were very small. You should pay for a room on upper floors. Also, the byways around the hotel are more cramped than in other areas of Venice we have stayed.
Nothing to dislike at all with our stay.
