Sabina is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She gave us great advice about things to see and places to eat, even to making a reservation for us. The location is very convenient to the airport vaporetto, and directions were simple and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet with little tourist traffic. The room was perfect, the bathroom pristine. Everything was first rate.
The Hotel is very well located, beside a small channel in Venice and near a Vaporetto stop and 10 minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge.
Thanks to Alberto, we could have really pleasant time in Venezia. When we returned from outside, this B&B made us really at home.
