Gafada has great apartments, our apartment 1A was really spacious, with own bad room, own kitchen and dinning room and nice bathroom. All with new furniture and at very good standard. Owners are really keen to help and make your stay pleasant. Apartments are in the old town city centre and very close to busy streets of Trapani. Internet connectivity quality/speed is significantly above average we travel around the world. There is nice bakery with fresh bread, roles, cakes every day just step aw.
all reviews » The hosts were really nice and welcomed us, showed us to our room and explained the location and the major sights. The room was large and very clean, shower-room was large as well and also clean. It was cheap and centrally located. It was just inside the "zona traffico limitato" therefore we could park nearby and did not have to walk a lot. This was absolutely wonderful trip. The city is great, the possibilities it has are just great. The area of accommodation was perfect; the room was clean and very nice. Haven’t seen such nice bathroom in some 4stars hotels as was in Gafada. And the personal.. wow.. I loved them.. Perfect location (near the city center, bus station, beach), clean and big rooms, very friendly staff ready to help with everything. Bakery opposite the hotel it is nice place to buy fantastic cookies and bread. Very good hotel for this price. Nice large apartment. Excellent location just off busy strip but quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal useful broom provided to flick cockroaches out of the window. !!( There were only 2 when we first arrived for a stay of 3 nights). Very nice and clean place. The room was large. The owners are super sympathic. Localisation is fantastic: in the very centre, but still very close to the railway/bus station. I recommand!!! There is also free WiFi. Perfect location in the middle of the city center. You can park the car free withing a 2 minute walk.Clean and big rooms, very friendly. We arrived during a town football celebration when streets were blocked off. Gafada came and Lead us through the labyrinthine of blocked off and one way streets. Parking was close and free. The welcome was truly sicilian- warm and with a genuine smile :) The beds are comfortable, shower is good. Antonella was lovely and helpful. This is a good place to stay in town. The location of apartmen is very good, the personal was nice, helpful and friendly. They has ben clening the apartmen every day. Really very good services and location. Excellent location, large rooms, beautiful bakery right out side with a coffee bar just around the corner. and the host was extremely helpfull. Staff helped us with some informations. Nice building. I would recommend this place. Close to most sights and eateries. Left fresh coffee which was a nice touch. I think the only issue might be noise from the street, even this is located in small street; but windows in nice old style are not able to isolate almost anything from the street and bike and car drivers are really enjoying their time speeding up in those small streets around the place. At the same time, you hear all the people walking/talking around and thus be part of local family :-). There was a bar next door and the sound was terrible. We were provided with silicone earplugs although we could still hear the noise. Nothing. Some pictures or decorations on the walls would make place even nicer. The only bad thing was that you could hear other people very well. the water in boiler was not very long hot..... Sadly there was no breakfast which could be an added bonus. The noise on the ground floor is pretty bad- especially if you stay on a weekend. Take ear plugs !. there is nothing bad. Beds could have been comfier and a bit of noise from outside on a night. On the first floor a little noisy rooms, but with closed window it's ok. Very noisy because the windows don't isolate any sound. Bars and clubs in the area are disturbing especially at the weekend. The bed was not really comfortable. Not every room has a kitchen, which is not clearly described at the letsbookhotel.com website. The room was poorly isolated from room neighbours noise. A little too noisy on the outside, not anything the hotel can help though. Mopeds aren't very pleasant to listen to. Noisy at the evening, people walk on the street talk laudly. Specialy at weekends. Musty, stale smoke smell in building and apartment. Noisy if windows open.
