The facilities were excellent and newly refurbished. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was also quite good. They stored our luggage for us on the last day after checkout. The location was excellent - very close to the train station and the city sites. We were very impressed by the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The Torino Pass was terrific for site seeing and transportation.
all reviews » Serena at the reception was great and very helpful. The rooms and linen were immaculate, everything one would want in a toiletry bag was there and the breakfast was superb. The central location amongst the shops was a joy for my wife. I would strongly recommend this hotel if one ever stays in Turin on a pilgrimage or on a tour or maybe just to get away for the weekend. Great value for money!!!. what I liked most of all was the ease of finding it once I left the train station.Staff was very helpful, breakfast was better than usual, room was clean and comfortable. And I felt it offered good value for the rate. everything, I stayed in Italie for 21 days so I went to 6 differents hotel. This was the best of all. Room was stylish but dark, that sort of understated class which might not suit the bright and jolly types.THE shower could have been better. The hotel did not have hot water throughout the day. The heating was only for certain time sin the day, so the room was cold in the night. Although the bathroom was very big the bedroom was a bit on the small size. The staff could be better in English.
