The desk clerk was very accommodating, even advancing me 15 euros to pay my cab. (I didn't realize I could have used the hotel shuttle.) The hotel was very luxurious, with a terrific breakfast included, at a very reasonable price. the staff were really friendly, and the times of the meals were really convenient.free shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. You had some machine noises during the day. You could hear also the planes but at night, they don't seem to fly. showers a bit small. Initially they cancelled my booking due to credit card problem. Bed was as hard as a rock- it took me a day and a half to straighten out my back. Pity the hotel is in Milano, because Milan is a hole!. The single bed I slept in was too narrow and the bathroom lacked lighting, like over the sink. A glass of very ordinary wine was €8!. TV channels are very very poor,just italian channels,number of channels is very limited. Air con would would automatically switch on - even when switched off. the breakfast was very basic and not up to the appearance of the hotel. I asked to have the 110 voltage outlet checked, I could not get it to work and never got a positive response what the problem was. Hotel access in and out was not easy. outside of hotel very unappealing. I was expecting an outdoor pool!. Slightly over-priced.second floor was so hot and there was no way to cool it down. although it says there is an outdoor pool, there isn't. Room temrerature was very difficult to adjust and could not go below 25C. Terrible telephone quality. the shuttle do not work well. noise. breakfast, air condition. the hotel reception. No Internet connection-Not good food-Not efficient sound-proofing in room-.
