We loved our stay. Andrea, the owner is very comitted to everything, being there everyday to make sure all is going well. Superb location, walking distance from all the important spots, wich was very important to us, travelling with a 9 year old son. If needed the Metro Station is 50 meters away. The breakfast, is in a Caffe Balcony facing the Colesseum. What more can you ask...Our room was beatiful, modern and clean style, in a 100 years old building, with all the amenities and a SmartTv LCD w. all reviews »
The wifi wasn't permanent when we arrived (still being setup), so we got a portable wifi access-point. That was great to take with us during our various tours through rome :)
The room was very clean, though we rarely saw any staff.
The location (directly next to the colosseum) suggests a high price, but the price wasn't actually that high.
Breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant. Simple cafe + croissant. Be sure not to get anything extra, since the restaurant/coffee-bar is quite expensi.
We enjoyed our stay. The owner of the guest house is Andrea and he is very helpfull, friendly, great guide especially his recommendation of restaurants.location is perfect to walking distance from all the important tourist atraction especially colosseum.we stayed well renovated modern,clean:-)bathroom is very clean and well decorated as room.internet was very good.finally the best stay hotel in the city:-).
Location is breath taking- 90 meters from the Colleseum walls. Coupled with a virtually new B&B, exquisitely clean and a host who is now family, I can only rank our stay as supurb.
Very nice and very clean place in front of colloseo. Friendly host. Very fluent English speaking. The place is brand new. Good budget friendly place to eat next door.

It rained a bit, but we were so close to the historic sites, it didn't matter.
