My fd and I both appreciate the location of apartment. There are close to most attractions in central Rome. And it is also convenient for shopping. Not only can shop the luxury or local gifts, but there are street and a small market selling vantage gadgets nearby. The facilities are ok, all are enough and well working, I think it value for money. Excellent central location overlooking the river. Clean, smart, spacious apartment with comfortable beds in a very attractive building. The apartment is on a very busy, noisy road. This did not detract from our stay, the double glazing was effective in keeping this noise down and we liked watching the crazy traffic and feeling part of the city.

I liked that you could organise a transfer from the airport and they would be there waiting for you at the apartment on arrival. It was a very enjoyable experience in Rome. We managed to walk to all of the attractions we wanted. the locations was great , Antonio at front desk was very nice and helpfull , the room was a good size. Nice location! It was nice and clean and had basic tools. The windows had grids, which was safe since the apartment was in the first floor. Spanish Steps Apartment C had enough space for our party of five. Beds were comfortable. Dining and kitchen areas were sufficient. Great location, helpful staff, aprtment has everything you need for 2 people. Close to Spanish Steps area. Free Wi-Fi. The washing machine in the Apt. Was good once we figured out how to use it reading the manual. We did like the fact that it was close to bus services. Only! The location. It is unconvenient for long stay cuz there are no washing machine and dryer or place to dry the clothes. The facilities are ok but also standard. No excellent things worth pointing out, but the prize is nice so it is still value. Minor inconveniences which we have mentioned to the agency such as lack of dishwasher tablets and only one spare blanket for two beds. No sharp knives. One tv didn't work. It didn't spoil our stay and we would stay again without hesitation but prevents this being classed as a 5 star experience. The beds were very hard. And no toaster. Also the photos were not of our apartment as the one we had was quite abit older than the newer style apartment photos we saw on the website. Sound of trafic. A little dark in the kitchen while cooking. Previous guests left dirty table cloths folded in cupboard. the kettle was a bit old . I have nothing to refer. Nothing to comment on. a little noisy, but understandble in cause of location. Shower/bath needed a shower curtain or screen. And a confirmation email or call would have been good before we arrived. The TV did not work at all and hot water from the shower was going on and off, so sometimes you will have a cold shower!. Quite dark , as we had 2 power cuts. The shower was a little awkward to operate. I was asked for €40 for a baby cot for 3 nights. I told them I never had to pay for a baby cot and did not see how they could justify this cost. It was noisy. Bathroom need to be renowated. Air conditioning did not work for a day making it very uncomfortable but it was promptly fixed. the sofa in the living room cannot be used to sleep as it is very unconfortable and noisy. The air-condition was not working very well. It made a lot of noise, but didn't clean the air properly. It was a lot of traffic outside, so it wasn't an alternative to have open windows. There was little support from the staff so we were pretty much on our own. This lodging will be good for those who are familiar with the transport system of Rome. For tourists like us who stayed for 3 nights, it was difficult. The Metro stop was about 10 minutes away. The bed was as hard as a rock!. No English TV stations had to watch MTV for 4 nights. (over 200 stations to chose from). Lost electricity for 1 hour and had to make Cell phone calls to get someone to come back to look at it. Not cleaned from the previous tenant... soap and shampoo bottles left in the bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't have enough towels for the first 2 days, though we were told that we would get them promptly and we didn't get them till 2 days later! We also didn't have enough lighting since the bulbs were out and the lamp in the dining area didn't work. I guess things in that apartment weren't checked prior to our arrival to make sure that everything was in order, yet they were sure to take our payment. Old bathroom, and not that clean, smells wired! Bed white sheets is torn! And no staff available and if we want a help we have to send an email!!!! And the service is bad. Check out time is at 10 am and we had to book another hotel to stay upto flight time! Definitely we will not stay in this building called a "hotel" ever again!.
