The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a nice breakfast delivered to our room every morning.The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located only a few meters from Lepanto metro stop which made it very easy to get to and from the airport and Termini station. And it is on the same line where you can stop off at The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It is also a short distance to St.Peters square,Vatican Museum and The Sistine Chapel. Choosing what we wanted to eat for breakfast and at what time it was to be delivered to our room was a very nice quality- especially when your visit to Rome is short and you want to start your day early. The owners took care of our flight needs, including calling us a taxi and printing out our boarding passes. The rooms we also extremely clean. Lester and his wife are helpful and gracious hosts, always around to help! Great breakfasts, clean rooms, and in knowing we were on our honeymoon, Lester provided us with welcome champagne and snacks! The only hotel in Paris to so this. Great location, easy walk to everywhere and three minutes to a metro station. Very clean and comfortable rooms. 50 m to subway station, 20 minutes walk to Vatican. Breakfast was rather good and delivered each morning to the room. Good beds with huge soft pillows. I slept good. Bathroom was small but not critical. In general I liked this hotel, would definitely recommend to others. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking around the historical center of Rome and the Vatican. Small shower, room could have been bigger, but when you're out and about all day it really doesn't affect your stay. Wifi router went off several times. I fixed it by myself resetting it, it is on the wall in corridor. The shower did not have a hand held shower head, which was fixed to the wall instead. This can be a problem as you cannot wash properly. The bathroom was really tiny. The Guesthouse is in a apartment/office building. It was a little hard to find at first, but overall great stay!. Everything in Residenza Rioni is perfect. They serve you breakfast at a time you choose the night before. But not so bad actually. Do not have laundry facility. There was nothing not to like. the 2nd night, AC is not working well, hope it is just by accident. Hotel doesn't have a parking space so you have to park the car in the street which is an additional cost. only italian chanels on tv. the shower was a little small but is was fine for us. Could not get wifi in the room although there was a router outside. Had to go to the frontdesk for wifi. The room is a little bit small, but I travelled alone so it actually doesn't matter for me. Hard to find first time. nothing. The bathroom smell the location was far from the city centre and you needed metro or bus to move the breakfast was just two pieces of bread and one croissant to share plus a coffee and after request again we had some juice very difficult to locate the guest room once there.
