I really really enjoyed our stay there. The receptionists were really friendly and gave great advice, the environment we were in - the pretty gardens and the lovely hotel room were really welcoming and comfortable, the price for our stay was reasonable and the hotel was incredibly central. It was lovely staying there so much so that I'm already planning next year's holiday and we will surely be staying there.
all reviews » Cozy hotel, fine arrangement, all is close: the beautiful area and park, fine pizzeria, vineriya, restaurant, shops, to all historical places went on foot no more than 15-30 min.The beautiful hill Pincha to it 5 minutes from the hotel, everyone cups of coffee I admired a view from this hill to Vatican, Popolo Square! Tasty breakfast, cozy yard, benevolent personnel. Everything - from arranging airport transfer (for 6 adults, 2 babies) to wonderful rooms to delicious breakfast and generally great service, I have only fantastic things to say about Residenza di Ripetta. The concierge team was superb, the rooms were ridiculously spacious, and the outdoor (heated) bar area was great. The location was perfect, too. Staff so helpful and friendly; Rooms spacious and very, very clean; Breakfast in Restaurant delicious, excellent location in the middle of shops and 5-10 minute walk to Spanish Steps, hotel decor elegant. Did say how great the staff was!!. One of the best restaurant managers we've met. Congrats to Aurelio for handling guests' needs so promptly and so relaxed. The front desk staff needs serious training in customer service. They did not have any background about Customer Service fundamentals. The breakfast staff need the same training. The facility does not offer anything special that distinguish it from the rest. All. Do you like smoky rooms? Do you like garbage trucks sound at night when you trying to ventilate room? Do you like not working conditioners? Do you like staff who says „You are unlucky“? If you like it chooses this hotel. If you don‘t like it don‘t waste a money and mood. It is worst place which we found in Rome during our Easter holidays.
