The staff/service: exceptionally good, eager, very helpful, knowledgeable, fluent in English. Spacious studio, modern and clean. Great bed! Good location if you want to be in the centre but not in the noise of the centre. Staff was super-friendly, beds very comfy. Loved small balcony, perfect to have a breakfast on. Very lovely hotel on quiet residential street, no street noise, can have a good night sleep after sightseeing all day.

(Italian) neighbours very noisy, the building carries the noise because of the concrete and tiled floors. When other guests move their chair, or open a door it can wake you up... We did not want to complain of our noisy neighbouring guests beacuse of the other excellent features. Not very well noise insulated.Beds a bit hard .But still would highly reommend. City buses both into and out of Rome to the hotel. On Friday, they were packed. One night we waited 90 mins. at bus stop with no place to sit to return to hotel. Bedroom Furniture was a little cramped but still good. Upstairs noise from walking and moving furniture woke us up in the morning. Minor things really. Walk from the train station long, a little bit out of city,no restaurant for breakfast at present but will be soon . Very poor breakfast. 1. Sound proofing is terrible, I could hear people in room next to me and upstairs. 2. rooms have hardwood floors and ear people walking upstairs. 3. Garage has few parking spots and difficult do get in with big car 4. Breakfast included: I asked for a second coffee and I was asked to pay. 5. WiFi: It is OK but had to login every time (I have 4 devices!). air conditionaire didnt work. there wasnt carpet! wasnt sleeper!!. Poor, arrogant staff, they asked from us to pay in advance when we arrived. They said it is hotel policy. Breakfast very very poor!. Nothing. Read the first message. It has everything. we were literally kicked out of our room at 12.30 sharp, no way we could stay 10 more minutes to pack properly or use the washroom. Water pipes are extremely noisy and it is impossible to sleep when others occupants are showering. It was only possible to relax in the bed. Soft chairs needed.
