The service was exemplary nothing was too much trouble and the personal touch was very welcoming. The standard of the room was superb. It was in a wonderful location. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome who enjoys the finer things in life. The personal touches made our stay so special... The friendly staff, the luxury suite, the fab roof terrace, etc etc - I felt like Pretty Woman!!.
