One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. I have asked for a cake, because it was my girlfriend's birthday and on a holiday, the staff has me procured a wonderful cake and even with a discount. Thank you for this wonderful stay. all reviews » We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome) . wow!!! first of all the beauty of the hotel was amazing:outside: an antique design ,inside: modern design with high technology and security. the rooms was perfect:- 1.the room is very big with alot of space. 2.the design with the luxury furniture and comfort. 3.the room was all the time very cleaning. the hotel position was at the center of roma.we walked to all the major sites without any transport.all the sites of roma was 15-30 min from the hotel. the crew of the hotel was amazing,very kin. The staff was truly exceptional. They went out of their way to please us in every aspect of our stay. This was especially true of the lovely Marguerita, who surpassed anyone I have ever known in the hotel industry with her kindness and thoughtfulness. The room was very modern, stylish and clean. The location was at the city center and made walking Rome's special sights and shopping very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel and thank their staff for an outstanding stay!. The Piazza Del Gesu' is the best place to stay in Rome due to its wonderful well designed Rooms with the high cell, beautiful luxury decorated Rooms with some awesome service and so helpful and friendly staff .. Me and my wife enjoyed every single minute with their company and we took there advices and recommendations for our tour in Rome and even for some Romantic dinners .. This was our first trip to Rome and it was perfectly located within walking distance of all the sights. We booked 2 rooms and it was ideal for us. We are an active family and the location was perfect for the price. The amenities are nominal but we were on the go the whole time. The staff was exceptional and catered to various needs for us. They made our children (14 and 12) feel at home. Breakfast delivered to our room was a plus and it is a continental variety. The staff was truly exceptional: professional, doing everything possible to make our visit special. We hope the owners appreciate the superb employees they have both at the desk and maintaining the rooms. Also very important: some reviews said noise was a problem. We did not see this. We had two rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, and both were quiet. As others have said, the location is perfect. We stayed in Rm 103 and it was very nice with modern design and great view from window. As these are more boutique luxury suites you dont get the hotel facilities which is perfect for Rome. We stayed at Presidential Suite, and it was an absolutely great huge room with very high ceiling, perfect design, balcony with direct chirch view, very big bathroom with sauna and small pool etc. Stuff was very hospitable - thank you! The hotel hasn't a bar/lounge. Just to be picky, The wifi although free, kicks you off every couple of minutes. The bath takes 2 hours to fill up deep enough to get in. The rain shower head is not a favorite type of shower and would have preferred to have the optional normal shower head. The square toilet is most uncomfortable. i didnt find any disadvantage. The air conditioning could use some attention as the room would not cool down. Rooms are good for 2 people and no more. Square toilet took a little to get used to but no issues like previous post. It is a small boutique hotel with a few rooms so be prepared for not a large commercial setting. Overall--- no major dislikes. Nothing: this is the best value for the money we've had in years. Some staff were very helpful and firendly. Didn't know how to enter the building when first arrived which is not a great welcoming experience. It would have been great to get instructions on how to get in the building. We wanted to rent a Vesper however the staff could not organise this nor did they provide any numbers etc. That was a little dissapointing as they kept saying they would help but never did. 1. Breakfast. If coffee and something like croissant is enough for you, than ok. We prefer substantial breakfast, so had to eat somewhere else. 2. The string of water in a shower was ok but a bit weak. I liked the round bed but my girlfriend hated it. We both disliked the square toilet (very uncomfortable). The breakfast was okay, but it is served to you in the room which was very nice. It is a little hard to find the first time and not clearly marked (it is on the second floor of a multi-use building). It is a small hotel and lacks many of the amenities you would find in a larger free-standing hotel. Poor breakfast-everyday you have all the same staff. It was a great place to stay in. Breakfast brought to the room is generous continental breakfast but not too suitable to anyone who wants to avoid carbohydrates. The hotel was difficult to find the first time but was easy the next time onwards. Our room window was facing the main street and even double glazing could not block the noise of night traffic. N/A. The standard double room is extremely small and slightly overpriced. nothing. Basic room is rather small. Breakfast can be improved. rooms a little small (but not really a problem). A chair where to put on bag and clothes would help, the flush of WC didn't work in the last morning and it could become a problem. Too expensive, breakfast didn't include fruits. Noise from the street. only one bedside table and lamp. Same breakfast served to the room each day, better have more variety. Airflow of the air condition goes directly to the bed. nothing. Room is too small.There's hardly any space to eat breakfast in the room,or sit back and rest after a day of sightseeing and walking.
