Fantastic, great location, staff and room. Fully recommend!. The location to the train station/Metro. bath in hotel room. It is a nice hotel in the center of Roma. Confortable and easy stay. Short distance to Roma Termini for an arrival in train late in the evening and departure early the next morning. location, aircon. near station. Large room. Hotel staff is very nice, and they give me a nother room when i complain about the size of my Previous room(110) they move me to room 131 which is not bad.the location only, it was near the train station and few minutes from the heart of Rome. Friendliness at the front desk and the staff.location of the hotel. Location (near the center and Termini Station). Nothing. If they can provide WIFI connection, it will be better.Room was clean, beds (comfort wise) weren't the worst, and weren't thebest. I saw some tiny ants in the room but wasn't too freaked about it,considering the size of spiders that manage to get into our home inOhio. I really can't complain. nothing special. Breakfast. The facilities show evident signs of wear - not quite run down but almost, Breakfast starts at 7.30 so it was not possible for me to eat before leaving the hotel (had to catch a train). breakfast was atrocious, room was clean but all the furnishings really old, the hotel could do with some maintenance - the carpets were vile and falling apart. There was only lukewarm water. The cot we reserved was not there upon arrival. Breakfast was ok but lacking fruits, yoghurt etc.the room is very small. the rooms are too small and the bathrooms needs renovations, in my room the shower is broken. The staff!!! They did not care much. My toilet was not working for 2 days out of 4 and I had to keep asking them over and over again. I wasnt very pleased. The breakfast room and the the breakfast itself were very poor. Nescafe out of a huge pot, ugly taste, the same for the bread....bathroom. The cleanliness level is very poor, breakfeast is poor and there is no internet connection or internet point in the hotel.Facilities and Staff must be, restored and renewed, quickly!. Everything. Old, dirty, everything is broken. Breakfast is disgusting. Never been in a place like that before.everything! Very poor conditions of furniture, shower, floor, no comfort.
