The staff were very helpful and always friendly. They were very welcoming and contributed significantly to my enjoyment of my trip to Rome. The food in the hotel was excellent. The room was always clean and very impressive. The location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and I will certainly be returning to Les Chambres D'Or for a further stay the next time I visit Rome.
all reviews » We were made to feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door. Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again.This hotel truly had the flavour of Rome. Not like a large chain hotel.The staff went above and beyond to make my stay simply enchanting!! Theywere personable and truly cared about each and every person stayingthere. The rooms are in a different building , far froom the reception ad breakfast room, it feels kind of low in the security aspect.
