All the staff except from one unfriendly young woman at the reception. Fantastic location , great service.its location. The staff were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. It was refreshing to find a hotel that was like this after so many seemed so cold in personality. The room and building was also excellent, clean and really I don't think you could ask for more or a better place for a stay in Rome.

For me it was very nice to stay at the same hotel after 20 years that i had been there again and i found the hotel very cosy, clean and placed in the most beautiful position of the historic centre of Rome. Central to the town yet quiet. Trevi fountain is very close but the hotel is a quiet haven away from the crowds.Friendly helpful staff at reception always made time to talk. Our room and the public areas were clean. We had a broken loo which was fixed right away without any fuss. it has got an excellent location, it is located very near to the trevi fountain and thus in the hub of all the interesting places that one has to go in rome. i recommed it a lot .Hotel Trevi is in a fantastic location.All major visitor sites are within easy walking distance as is the nearest metro station. it was a nice warm place to stay just in the heart of rome:). the location was excellent, breakfast lovely on terrace. Location, size of the room. Proximity to centre of Rome. Safety and security not an issue. Ease of access to everywhere. the location and the ease of reaching many places.good location, cosy, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. our room was in another building in the 4th floor without a lift so it was a bit tiring everytime going up. However, very nice hotel...very well locatoed. The staff told me they could call a taxi to go to the train station. On the day we wanted the taxi, we were told we had to walk to a taxi station not that far from the hotel, which was fine. But the problem is that they should have told us earlier so that we would have taken into consideration the time to walk to the taxi rank and with heavy luggage it was not that handy to walk... The only thing I would changed or added was that if Egg's were part of the Breakfast. Just after travelling for 3 weeks I was craving sold meals first thing in the morning.The bed. The mattress was a littke hard. Double room was small. Quad room was 2 blocks away.it would be nice to offer room service especially for breakfast but anyway is not so important. Shower water was never hot. Coffee in morning was never hot and breakfast was adequate rather than exciting.not really the only thing is that their internet point that is situated in the common area does not work very well. Early morning street noise.the rooms are quite small but very clean. poor breakfast. Nothing really.......paint rooms?. rooms are quite small, no view, hot water was scarce in the mornings, breakfast room crowded at peak times. The lift it is very small and no ventilation. The breakfast can be improve without a significant cost from the hotel. Room so small and so expensive for what we got.
