Hotel has good location, 5 min from metro. It is also close to Termini train station to reach easy Fiumicino airport. Room was clean, but small. The staff of hotel is friendly. Especially we want to thank Anton, who provide us with very helpful information and help us easily to orientate in Rome.

Friendly staff, close to metro station, secure building. Receptionist gave us a map and marked important sightseeings.

Not as close to termini as you'd think. Neighbourhood is not the best in Roma but you get what you pay for. And don't go to Roma in easter!!.
The apartment building complex where the hotel is located really gives you a sense of insecurity and the fact that it's just an appartment where they rent rooms makes the checking in a hassle.
The rooms are very small.
The shower is very small. In the bathroom smell of mold. The curtains were grey instead of white.In the bed you felt the mattress bows.
The TV was placed at 2,5 m, seems that will fall down on your head.
The breaksfast was very simple(25 gr butter, 25 gr of jam, 2 loaves of bread,150 ml milk or juice, 1 coffe of 150ml,1 mini croisant) so everything was very sweet.
Very difficult to be found, no logo outside, just a label on the building at 115 Cairoli street.
