This hotel was perfect, the location was 5 mins walk from Termini Station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Rome. The room was quite small but had everything you could need, the attention to detail was amazing. There were a large number of very good restaurants within seconds walking distance. We have already discussed a return visit to Rome and will be staying at the same hotel.
all reviews » I stayed with my mum (65) and my untie (55) and they love it. It has easy access to buses and metro. My mum loved the lift/elevator. It was safe and we got a security box on our rooms. You can control the air conditioner and heating on the room. A nice windows has both blind and curtains. We got new towels every day and internet access. Breakfast was good.We stayed at hotel Opera Roma just over the road as organised by hotel Sonya. This was excellent. The romms were clean, beds very comfortable, location was centra;, we could walk to all impotrant parts in the centre of Rome, the metro was beside os , as was Termini Station. The staff wwere most helpful and the food excellent. Great place t. Extremely friendly staff, fluent in french/english (maybe others). Perfect location in the center of rome with easy connections to the airports. Our rooms were newly refurbished, free internet and printing service. Nice jacuzzi in the suite room.We were on the first floor which was ideal. The reception staff spoke english. We had kettle, hair dryer, fridge etc which we liked. The room was nice and warm. The reception was 24 hour. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was centrally located too and we walked everywhere from the Vatican to the Coleseum. There was a wireless but I was just working for the first day and then it became sooo slow..no. new,renovated hotel is much better than the old one. our room (next to breakfast room) was a little noisy in the morning. room fronting street very noisey early in morning due to deliveries to street stall facing hotel. Room may be a bit smaller then what some people are used to. Only a shower no bathtub. Tv in bedroom was small; sink was clogged.Would have been nice to have a bar, but this didn't detract from our stay.
