Position. very near to the station. Very good location. Poor entrance, slightly rundown,ensuite poor. Breakfast across way and worst I have had in Italy. Position good. Variable staff available at reception. the family room is very small for 4 people. facilities are limited. breakfast is only one drink and one bread. They told me that i had to pay 42 Euros more when i arrived. I booked from the internet in the price of 330 Euros. Two days before i go, i send them a confirmation email and they haven't told me anything about extra charge. When we arrived, they told as that because we haven't pay the day we booked, the charge is 30 Euros extra, plus 12 Euros tax. They never gave us an official receipt. It was written by hand in a common receipt block.
