Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost every place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was.
all reviews » Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English . Excellent hotel aimed at the budget traveller. A 2 minute walk from Roma Termini, which was fantastic as we were travelling to and from Pisa by train. The first stop of the Hop On Hop Off Sightseeing Tour Bus was also just around the corner from the hotel outside the station. The room was reasonably sized, fresh, and very comfortable. It was very clean as well. The shower itself was also very powerful! On a very minor note, our bathroom light could have been a bit brighter as it was very dull. The staff were very friendly, always ready to help for everything (tips about where to go, where to eat, etc) as well as advice. The hotel has an excellent location opposite the central railway station, very close to buses, trains, taxis, etc. The room was big and comfortable. We paid for a twin room and we were given a room for 3 people, which was very very spacious!! Needless to say that it was fully equipped with airconditioning, tv, fridge, extra chairs, etc!! The little balcony had a nice. The room had everything we needed - large bed, fridge, big wardrobe, desk and TV. The guy working on the desk was SO useful showing me all the places to visit on a map, and then recommending several local restaurants which did amazing local food at a fraction of the price of other restaurants. A pizza restaurant did the best pizza I've ever had plus 1L of nice wine - bill was 20 euros for 2 to eat!!. Perfect for a trip away with a budget. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and wanted to chat and help you whenever they could. The room was perfect, modern furniture, everything worked, excellent value for money. Wifi in the rooms, location excellent it was just outside the main station. The hotel is centraled located, a few minutes walk from the main railway station in Rome. The staff were particularly helpful in giving detailed and extensive advise regarding places to visit, restaurants and about travel on public transport. The location was excellent for us. Coz we were traving to naples in 2 days via train. It was in a walking disstance from the main train station. People complaining about the elevator: yes it is tiny, but get over it...you want 5 star service? Then pay for & stay at a 5 star hotel. Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Exipiretei dipla sto termini via marsala bus gia airport , very central , very close on marsala super market and the red bus for tourists.i recommand this place. The elevator could be a little more spacious, but after a few times, you get used to it!!!. the stairs are steep and narrow and the lift is tiny, but this is only a problem if you have big or heavy luggage. We were backpacking so it really wasn't an issue for us. No balcony, but we didn't really care about it, coz it was only 2 days trip. The bed was hard. Noisy corridor and doors. This can wake you up. Funny key/security policy. You have to hand in the keys everytime you leave the hotel and receive it back upon your return. The shower cubicle is tiny. They have a very little tiny elivator. One night was very noisy (jackhammer in street below my window at almost midnight - not hotel's fault) & neighborhood around hotel not the best, but typical for around a big train station in any large city. The shower area is almost impossible to turn around in! I wish they'd just extended it a foot or so in the direction they've left valuable real estate in the bathroom without any use. the crampy small lift, next time will travel lighter LOL. Breakfast not offered. The old lady who works there is pretty rude. She was being really annoying about giving us information and our friends even being in our room for more than 5 minutes. The blond guy was awesome and helpful. Very small elevator and its not exactly hotel its like our rooms in islands but very clean very kind staff very helpful everything ok. The doorbell is a bit too loud, which could wake you up if you are sleeping on the second floor. The shower cabin was tiny, the nozzle fixed in the ceiling, water temperature unreliable. The little shampoo packet (not a bottle!) was impossible to open, and there was no shelf or anything for soap/shampoo in the shower cabin. It is a bit noisy, one can easily hear what is going on in next-to rooms and the bell is particularly noisy. The bathroom was tiny, had a horrible smell and the ceiling paint was peeling. When we complained about the smell they did disinfect the pipes but it didn't help. Also air-conditioning is an extra 5 euro. Toilet a bit small but overall is very clean. Heater not hot enough for winter. Lift is too small. Lack of refreshment facilities in either room ,or reception.small bathroom. None. Highly recommended. Rooms are little bit noisy. Compared to the price, room was too small and not at all spacious. The drain in the shower was not working properly, flooding the box. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. I stayed in the second floor and the noise of the entrance door woke me up sometimes during the night. Elevator extremely small as one person and one bag was a tight squeeze. The bathroom was far too small for the extremely large sink, toilet and bidet. There was no more than a couple inches to walk between them to get to the shower and the ceiling had black mold on it. Elevator is very small that you cannot imagine and two small luggages are more than full. The room facilities is just 2 star hotel, but the room rate is quite fair because Roma is a very expensive city indeed. The bathroom was really tiny and very narrow space was left. Maybe the elevator in the building is not suitable for traveler with big luggages because it's too tiny. However it's not the fault from hotel. Our room is without shelf for soap in the shower space. bathroom too small.
