It's a very central hotel next to termini station. The room is ok and the bathroom is clean. A cheep place for whom just need a safe place to sleep and rest after a busy day knowing Rome. The location was very good since it is just 5 min walk from the main station. Good location, short walk to the main train terminal, and metro. Clean, central, helpful staff.

Hotelclerk was friendly, did his best to serve you (when he was there) Location Price No outside noice (quite). It is near to Termini Station. Rooms are clean. Near Termini Station. Place and price. I didn't expected so much from a hotel in central Rome for this price but the shower was really not working very well, it was almost impossible take a warm shower and the heater in the room was not enough to keep it warm. The staff was nice and not rude but they could try learn a little more of basic English. The bedcovers were dirty. They also charged extra for the air conditioner. More like a hostel than a hotel. We had to drop off our bags before check- in time and found that it was not welcome nor do they have a place that is secure. We had to place it in the main foyer where any of the other guest could have easly went through it and take what they like. I will point out that nothing was taken, but it just didn't give us. I was supposed to have an ensuite but actually the toilet was down the hall and shared!. Defects: We couldn't hang the showerheadsprinkler because it was broken. The door of the showercabine was also broken. Breakfast was poor: only one coffee/juce and one croisant. Hotelclerk was not present in the morning so 1 out of 3 mornings we could not ask for the breakfast card, and therefor we had to pay for our own breakfast. Difficulty in finding the hotel -- specially at night -- no bill boards etc. I reached there at around 12.15 am (night) and despite being around 500m from termini station, it took me 45 min. To locate the hotel. No body takes the phone call as well in the hotel -- at least at night. No body responded to the call bell as well - at night. Forget about WiFi -- it idn't work for me. AC I could not see -- may be I didn't notice. - No permanent staff or receptionist available to answer guests inquiries. - For the hotel's breakfast, you have to go outside the building about 300 meter with a card from the hotel. - The breakfast is just a croissant + drink. not change towel noisy poor breakfast. While the booking says breakfast included, it was just a voucher for a croissant and coffee in a bar, there was a lot of noise in general but specific of running children and teens, even at 3.45 am !. Without a notification, they transferred us to another hotel. According to our reservation, it should be a 3-star hotel, however, they transferred us to a no-star hotel. Furthermore, the breakfast is included in the price, the hotel we stayed only provide coffee and croissants which is really disappointed. On booking, it is said "wifi is available at all spaces in the hotel"; actually, it is available only on the ground floor while we lived on the fifth floor.
