my hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and helpful, and it was a minutescwalk from termini staion and excellent value for money. Hotel staff..kind. Spacious, and had everything you need for a short break. Perfect localization! 2 minutes from Termini station. Ideal spot for everybody who is looking for a place just to sleep. Room includes just a bed, a wardrobe and a small table. Big plus for a room with bathroom as for this price usually t you must share one. Breakfast is typicall for Italy : coffe and dolce :).

But hotel inside is one of worse I've ever saw in my life. It's very close to Termini Station (about two blocks in straight line). Nothing. No tv. It had two twin beds put together instead of a double bed. every day the same breakfast. room is a bit smelly so it's good to left open windows when going out :). Room was too small, the shower was hard to use ( water flowed in half of bathroom ).As the room was on the street side, it was much too noisy, it was hard to sleep. My room was on the first floor on the street side of the hotel. With no Airconditoning it was to loud to have the windows open very wide, and to hot and stuffy in the room to have them closed. The room did have a fan, but it was only a little help. Not a very good nights sleep. If the room had bee on the inside court yard side, it would have been better.the noise, and there is nothing in the room but the beds. Bed, Shouwer. An awfull smell from the drains filled the corridor and the room. Loudly corridors; we were afraid, that someone could brake in to our room - the doors were realy weak; room was dirty; bathroom was all wet after bath. it was a hostel not a hotel. rooms are not very clean, old furniture, no facilities (not even a TV).looked nicer on photos. the breakfast is not good and do not worth the money we paid. the rooms are humid.1.Room is dark. They have to use a higher wattage of lamp or to put some more lamps to brighten the room. 2. Room is small. They have to re-arrange the bed and the cabinet so that it would be easy to move around. 3. They have to use a bigger or a wider shower and that which sprays evenly. One of the receptionists was very rude and was usually yelling through the halls. The room was very small, and the bathroom was even smaller and it did not have ventilation. The heating was not good, and the window was very old, so it let in the cold and noise from outside. There are many other hotels in this area (it seemed to me like a Hotel Street) so try with another one.The bathroom had an unbearable stench. hygienical conditions very low, poor room, no tv, no cooling...even worse than calcutta sewers.
