Very stylish architecture, extremely well kept garden and swimming pool, beautifully designed interior and rooms, comfortable beds, good sound-proofing, excellent breakfast (probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever had), very good restaurant (though we tried only the "casual" one), entire staff very service-minded and friendly, free shuttle into town, free gym open 24hrs and last but not least: the location! You can even see the top of the St. Peter's while swimming in the pool.
all reviews » I had three wonderful days here and already want to go back. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. I had a facial and a manicure and it was real luxury. The pool is fantasic for the centre of Rome as it allows you to have the best of both worlds. City at night /Poolside relaxation during the day. The hotel had a great "Feel" the staffe were incredibly helpful. We had a suite which was magnificent and we regularl had deliveries of bottles of wine / fruit / cakes / etc etc Foor in the restaurant was magnificent. It was my husbands birthday, when we returned to how room a bottle of champagne, desert & birthday wish it was a lovely surprise. the staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble. A small oasis in a very hectic city. Ideal base to explore on foot, or take advantage of Hotel shuttle to centre. The pool was a great way to chill out after a good day of sightseeing. This hotel's location is very good, near the city of Vatican. Because the hotel is new, the facilities are very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kindly. Well, one could always wish that all this luxury would come at a slightly more modest price. At least one could have wished that the breakfast - which was indeed superb - would be included. But, if you really want to indulge yourself staying in the center of the eternal city, you won't be disappointed. If you have the money, go spend it - we only live once!. Bit Picky really .... but the layout of the restaurant was a little unusual and didnt help the atmosphere in there. The food was very expensive and the portion were very small. although the show experience was brilliant, for a five star hotel there should not have been peeling paint on the ceiling in the shower. Rather sterile feel for such a vibrant city. Minimalisation vs sterility is a fine line that was crossed. The incessent night time jazz played all day long in common spaces and pool area drove to distraction. The breakfast was a little bit simple. Nothing. Restaurant personnel very poor in English A bit of chaos during breakfast every day. Breakfast very expensive. We ordered a room with breakfast, but we had to pay extra 18 euros for pancakes for our child every morning. It should included in 5- star hotel!. there was no any thing that i did not like. Wifi would not work - Hotel staff could not solve the issue - Really put a complete damper on the hotel and would stop me returning or even recommending it until its able to be fixed. The emergency alarm going off at 1.30 am. The food is not good!!!.
