The room was very clean and the hotel was very nice. It was in a great location close to the train station but not to close and with in walking distance to many sites. It was awesome. We really loved this hote. A seamless stay in Rome. Booked a single room but was given a very quite and spacious double. A very professional front desk. Excellent location for access to the rail station and airport.
all reviews » room was as represented, clean and lovely, ready for me 2 hrs before check in time, the staff was cordial, helpful and knowledgeable, the breakfast was wonderful. Everything. Close to the termini station ( 10 min walking), bus stationin front of the hotel, supermarket (open 7 days) in front of the hotel,friendly stuff...just everything was great during our stay! rooms are very comfortable and we had a room with a view of via Nazionale, the staff is fantastic and very helpful. The staff were so helpful and even left a bottle of red wine in our room as it was my birthday. Very good location and room was clean warm and comfortable.Great location; close to coffee shops, supermarket, tourist attractions, termini train stration, bus station shopping area. Via Nazionale is a grate shopping street. Theatres and sightseeings are in walking distance. There were scaffolding out of my room window, which was not mentionedduring my reservation. it is a long walk from the Termini in Rome with bags.The room was too small. No breakfast included. Winter heating was too warm in room, made us breath hardly, air-conditioning was not operated in winter time, it is no good. Bar and restaurant decor doesn't lend for atmosphere. no free breakfast like most hotels,but I hear their breakfast for $22 if included in the room price is very extensive.no way to register to take turns for internet access,but it was free. We did not use the restuarant, layout did not appeal to us. renovation work going on at the moment - very noisy early on saturday and monday morning!. No tea and coffee in the room. prices of food and drink were expensive.The walls were thin and therefore privacy was limited. We were tired therefore it wasn't a big deal. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room. Had trouble every day with my card key for bedroom. Staff were very helpful.no shampoo, too many homeless at the hotel entrance door. They were doing construction, so there was noise and dust in the halls. The lift was too small. rooms a little small but that is understandable being old buildings.reburbishment going on in the "quiet" area of the hotel although little disruption caused by it. The Wifi Internet was intermittent. The fridge wasn't cold. The air conditioning failed once. The TV had limited channels and only one English speaking channel (CNN).The room I got was tiny, there was no space for my suitcase, but it was very clean. Matress and pillows were not soft at all!. Room size not as generous as expected. we changed rooms as the first room and bathroom were tiny. This was my second time to stay at this hotel and last time had a larger room and was a little disapointed initally. But the friendly staff made up for this. the wall in front of the window, noise, the were some improvements made the time we staid there.Good thing that they start working at 9 and not earlier. No view from rooms and it is quite dark inside, no natural light. The restaurant and its service. staff at reception were'nt that friendly. The rome was too small, actually it was only for the sleeping (But I don't know about the other rooms). Slow elevator, no lunch.
