Really good value for the money. It is a really small apartment but it was really clean. The breakfast was ok but don't expect much, it is a cappucino and a croissant of your choice (they were really good though). 5 minute walk from the train station, 5-10 minute from the metro station. Wifi was strong.

Nothing.
No noise isolation at all, but we could live with that as with only like 4-5 other rooms it was quiet most of the time.

Was not a hotel as advertised, a B&B with no staff available except by e-mail. By e-mail was able to set up taxi etc for transportation but no one around building to help you. Was more like a hostel room.
no reception and it was hard to find… doesnt feel really safe when we walk back from the metro station after dinner. the rooms could hear everything from outside / next door… the breakfast was terrible… the bed was broken…and one of the staff just radomly walked into our room while i was still inside….
The fact i could hear the other people going to the toilet. Bathroom drain was blocked. Bed uncomfortable and breakfast was pathetic, no fruit or any other options.
