My boyfriend and I stayed here in mid-October, along with another couple (late 20s/early 30s) in the quadruple room. At first we were a little weary staying all four in a room, but we were pleasantly surprised by just how spacious the room was. Big windows, lots of storage and a tv/computer. Manager kindly re-arranged our pick up time by e- mailing the tour company and insisting on written confirmation of time to be collected from the hotel door and corrected the address which they had mistyped! The only way you can tell you are in the right place is a little 6x6 inch plaque by the main door. However, the gps coordinates given by letsbookhotel.com take you right to the door. We stayed in a room with 2 beds (bunk bed) and there was no place to sit in the room, as the upper bed was to low - so it was impossible to sit on the lower bed. Booked B&B but no breakfast was available as was in a touch of Rome despite the fact that we booked a view of Rome - same building, different aspect. Owner contacted me repeatedly while on vacation for an exact arrival time, sending me dramatic emails about how I wouldn't have anywhere to stay if I didn't send an exact time, even when I responded that I would send her our train time a few days before we arrived. Tons of instructions listed everywhere for common sense housekeeping items. room a little bit small. We were switched from a View of Rome to a Touch of Rome.
