Among the heat of mid july and busy of tourists of streets of Rome I was so relieved to find a charming and very calm place to stay. The location is near to metro and bus connections to city center, but at the same time very quite and very green, two loarge public open parks are near to the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and calm. The staff very freindly and helpfull. I will definitevly stay here next time if I visit Rome for tourism or for busness.
all reviews » The room was lovely - clean, large and light. It was in a beautiful old palazzo with high ceilings. It was quiet and in an elegant and peaceful area of Rome, but with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. We particularly appreciated the fact that you could use the shared kitchen to cook an evening meal, which as a family allowed us to save a bit of money on eating out. Nichola is a great host, extremely friendly and helpful. Good location - 30 min walk to get to termini and buses run regularly to main sights which takes 10 minutes. Comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it very much!. Very nice staff, helped us with finding what we wanted in Rom. A home- like feeling, quiet place during the night and a short way to the center by bus or subway. Nice breakfast in the room!. Lovely and clean accomodation in a charming neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful..would definitely stay here again!. I liked the location, it was quiet close to the city center and the main station. The rooms are quiet big and the air-condition was functioning nicely. The only downside was the breakfast, which is just stuff in packets rather than being fresh - and the coffee wasn't served hot enough. Perhaps if it's not possible to prepare fresh breakfasts in-house, the management could do what other B&Bs do and set up a voucher system with a nearby bar for guests to use?. We weren't used to having so much bread for breakfast - but after a few days we also had cereal which was great :). Breakfast could have been more substantial (eg: cereals, eggs etc.) at an additional cost perhaps. none. All the doors and Keys that were needed. The bathroom was not clean enough. There isn't any concierge service, and the breakfast was not delicious at all, nothing eatable for us! It was so not Italian.
